Lin Tian is a Research Associate on CGHE’s global higher education engagement research programme.
Lin is a PhD student in the Center for World-Class Universities (CWCU) at Shanghai Jiao Tong University, China.
After graduating from the University of Edinburgh, she worked in Shanghai Jiao Tong University as a research assistant (2014-15) and then began to pursue her doctoral degree in this university from 2016.
Currently, her research interests include functions of world-class universities and internationalisation of higher education.
