Minyan Hiam

Minyan Hiam is the Founder of International Visiting Academics & Scholars Ltd (IVAS), a higher education professional and an early-career academic entrepreneur. She transitioned from trade and investment into education, building experience across student recruitment, university partnerships and global engagement. As a doctoral researcher at the University of Bristol, she explores intercultural partnerships and cross-disciplinary collaboration involving the creative disciplines. Her current focus is on translating these insights into practical and regenerative models that enable academics, practitioners and institutions to build responsible, project-based connections across cultures.
