Vincent Carpentier is a Co-Investigator on CGHE’s global higher engagement research programme and CGHE’s social and economic impact of higher education research programme.
Vincent is a Reader at the UCL Institute of Education. His research focuses on the global and national political economy of higher education and the socio-economic history of higher education. He was an expert witness to the 2014 Committee on national higher education strategy set up by the French Ministry of Education.
